We want you to love your Hale & Haven timepiece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item.

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty)
